Yoga is fitness for life plan


🎯 Yoga philosophy,principles, and therapies are oral transmissions of 'ancient wisdom for modern life' with the aim to clear the mind, improve the quality of the mind and understand the reality of the mind.


🎯Maharshi Patanjali principles of Yoga were written two thousand years ago, these principles are as relevant today as they were then. This ancient spiritual discipline is designed to prepare the mind and heart for the Divine, and it is not simply a form of physical exercise. This ancient philosophy has two main limbs which covers the ethical principles of living by focusing on:


🎯Yama is the set of five ethical values which encompasses your intentions , thoughts, actions,. These ancient concepts offer to modern people a perfect set of guidelines for living. They are:

  • Ahimsa: Holding an intention of doing no harm to others

  • Satya: Speaking truthfully

  • Asteya: Not taking what does not belong to you

  • Brahmacharya: Conserving your energy for your highest aspiration.

  • Aparigraha: Taking only what is sufficient for your needs to support you in living alignment with your environment and the people with whom you are in contact.

🎯Niyama is the set of five discipline actions and attitudes toward yourself. These ground rules for self discipline & inner awareness. They encourage purity, chastity and awareness of the spirit and keep our body, mind and spirit in health and happy. They are:

  • Saucha: Take care of yourself

  • Santhosha: Enjoy what you have in your life

  • Tapas: Apply some discipline to achieve your goals

  • Swadhyaya: Understand yourself deeply through self-study

  • Ishvarapranidhana: Recognize that ultimately you are not wholly responsible for what they turn out , and that the world is greater than you.


🎯Asana. Yoga postures keep the physical body strong, healthy and mind calm. The postures, or asanas brings physical fitness which is not a single attribute, but a collection of factors such as aerobic fitness, muscle endurance, muscle strength, muscle speed, flexibility in the joints, and body composition.


🎯Pranayama. Live good. Practice of conscious breath control allows for a vital and long life.


🎯Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, and Samadhi are rest of the Yoga wings to awakening the possible human with in you and transforms the body as the temple of spirit.
