Relaxations to revel in
💍 Yoga Asanas rejuvenate the whole body. They primary work on the spine and central nervous system. The spine gains in strength and flexibility, and circulation is stimulated. Asanas increase motion in the joints and flexibility in muscles, tendons, and ligaments. They further massage internal organs, boosting their function. Regular practice of asanas make you firm, free from disease and light of limbs.
💍 Yogic attitude to food is eat to live, not live to eat. Yogic food (satwik aharas) is fresh vegetarian food, easily digested , has a positive effect on body and soul and least negative effects on the environment and other creatures. Take pleasant, tasty and fresh food by leaving one fourth of the stomach free.
💍 Yoga postures enable the body to feel spacious inside. Spaciousness is the opposite of stress and a key factor in relieving it. They help counter stress simply through the mind-body connection. That feels good. But what feels even better is to close every practice that you do with a relaxation.
💍 Stay resting in savasana is one of the reclining postures. Serenity relaxation is supremely relaxing, this gentle , comforting practice will open your heart and soothe your mind by way of deep relaxation. Deep relaxation works on three levels-physical, mental, spiritual. It is most natural way to re-energize body and mind. During the deep relaxation at the end of Yoga session, the body uses only enough prana to maintain vital metabolic activities.
💍 Proper breathing (Pranayama), is central to Yoga, stimulates the energy reserves of the solar plexus, revitalizing body and mind. Deep, conscious breathing helps to conquer depression and stress, and relieve symptoms of illness.
💍 Positive thinking and meditation are the Yogic keys to peace of mind. Meditation techniques calm the mind and enhance focus. Regular meditation promotes physical and spiritual,as well as mental well being.
🍂By adopting these relaxation practices you can pave the way to experience Do good, Be good, Live good, and Feel good of Yoga.
