Chakras influence' vital life force' Prana.
👑Prana means'vital life force ': it animates life, matter, and mind. Without prana the elements could not hold together.
👑 All prana is distributed through out the body by 'nadis'. The nadis are some time physically visible but mostly invisible to the naked eye: they are more often electromagnetic fields of energy. When nadis are blocked, the vital life force prana is prevented from moving freely in your system, you can experience physical maladies , such as muscle tightness or emotional manifestations, such as recurring fears or negative emotions and feel your life force becomes sluggish.
👑 Practice of Yoga can help clear chakras of energetic blockages and restore their balance. It also help in purifies and re-energize the nadis and enable vital life force to flow freely.
👑 According science of yoga 'chakras' or 'wheels' or 'discs' are energy points within your spiritual body through which vital life force 'Prana' travels. You cannot actually see these chakras in your physical body, because they are fields of energy. The energy of each chakra corresponds to the physical, mental, and energetic aspects of the five elements (prudhvi, jala, agni, vayu, and aakash) that prana has brought to life, which constitute your being. The chakras are arranged vertically from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
👑Muladhara, the earth(prudhvi) chakra, relates to the feet, legs, and pelvic floor, and through its solid constitution determines your relationship with the material world, and is associated with safety, self-preservation, and survival. When it is balanced you'll feel more grounded, abundant, and secure.
👑Svadhishthana, the second chakra, is the water (jala) element that gives movement and enables the other elements to mix and form life. It is located in the pelvic basin and encompasses your reproductive organs. When it is balanced you'll feel more comfortable with your sexuality, more inspired, and more deeply connected to others.
👑Manipura, the third chakra, is governed by the element of fire (agni). It is located around the navel and solar plexus. It governs your relationship with yourself and is associated with self esteem, will power, and determination. When it is balanced you'll feel more confident, worthy of respect, and capable.
👑Anahata, the fourth chakra, is the center of the air (vayu) element and resides in chest and lungs. It governs your ability to relate and empathize with others and is associated with love, gratitude and forgiveness. When this chakra balanced you'll feel better to express love unconditionally and feel more compassion for all beings..
👑Visuddha, the fifth chakra, is the element of space (aakasha) and is located at the throat. It governs your ability to communicate with others and speak the truth and is associated with self-expression, discernment, and honesty. when this chakra balanced you'll feel more free to speak what's on your mind and in your heart while also learning to be a better listener
👑Ajna chakra or third eye situated in the midbrain (bhrukuti), is the command center for the elements. It governs your mind and inner wisdom and is associated with insight, psychic awareness, and imagination. It allows us to see beyond the material world through the use of intuition, visualization, dreams, and imagination.
👑Sahasrara or Crown chakra, is located at the crown of the head. It is your connection to the universe and is associated with spirituality and enlightenment. When this wheel of energy balanced you will feel more connected and blissful. Sahasrara is where we reconnect with the Divine force(Shiva) through spiritual development and, ultimately, enlightenment.
👑In every day life, the lower chakras influences your emotions, relationships with others, and ability to surrender. Anahata is at the center of the chakra system and is responsible for integrating the lower and upper chakras,or the worlds of matter and spirit.
👑The simplest way to balance each chakra is to create alignment in the physical body, through practice of Yoga asanas. It works to realign the physical energy centers that governs specific behavior. Yoga Mithra will teach you how to shape a physical Yoga practice to suit your personal requirements.
💍The chakras are your doorways from the material world to the world of universal intelligence, intuition, and inspiration.
