Yoga Philosophy, principles and therapies


🎨Yoga philosophy, principles and therapies provides a system for achieving the union of body, mind, and spirit. Its seven branches represent the paths you can take towards that end. You can choose any of them.

🎨Hatha Yoga: The first ethical principle of Hatha yoga is ahimsa, which is often translated as non-violence or non harming. however ahimsa also encompasses kindness, compassion and acceptance. We all have within ourselves the potential to be aggressive, unkind and violent towards ourselves and others. However , as our relationships interconnect us all, it's in your own interest to learn how to cultivate being kind yourself, and to practice extending this kindness to others.

Hatha yoga is the most popular form of yoga since it focus on physical postures, poses, and exercises that directly on the body, and in turn, on the mind. By practicing Hatha yoga you'll soon become more aware of your body alignment when you stand, sit, sleep and play. Good posture brings musculoskeletal balance and will energizes you, making you feel fitter, active, taller and more confident. Some of these benefits are felt instantly. It relaxes body, calmness the mind and bring greater awareness to your life. 🎨Raja Yoga: it's is popularly known as Classic yoga. It focus on training the mind to serve the spirit through meditation. Regular meditation or mindfulness practice has consistently been shown to reduce stress and stress related illness. It also improves sleep quality, cognitive abilities, coping skills and enhances interpersonal relationships. 🎨Karma Yoga: The ethical principles of yoga which offers us a logical series of steps that help us to live better. Interestingly they cover everything you need to do to be able to achieve an enlightened status through karma yoga. People who love to serve the community without any thought of reward, are practicing Karma Yoga. 🎨Bhakti Yoga: It means devotion and selfless love. When you feel love, you want to serve, and when you serve in a selfless way is Bhakti yoga 🎨Jnana Yoga: This is the path of wisdom and of discerning that which is real from that which is unreal. 🎨Tantra Yoga: It means the place where opposites meet and become one. It teaches there is no difference of by opposites the finite to infinite or Divine with divinity that is ordinary life. It promotes simple living with high thinking. 🎨Mantra Yoga: It's the Yoga of potent sound(omkar nadha) Literally as " mind projection".
