Rise and shine in Relaxation

❄️ The breath is a key aspect to connect us to the state of yoga and breathing correctly while practicing means the right muscles are recruited to ensure optimum benefit. Proper breathing cleanses and purifies the lungs and aids torso stability and postural control. It also reflects our emotional and physical states. Think about how you breathe when you are stressed or excited, as opposed to when you are relaxed and calm.


❄️Pranayama, you can breathe and it can be supremely nourishing, encourages aerobic fitness which involves lungs, heart and blood vessels in delivering fresh oxygen and fuels in the blood to release energy in the working muscles. The breath opens us to life force. Breathing deeply which pours fresh oxygen into blood stream and circulates the vital life force prana. It helps to control heart disease and related circulatory problems. Blood pressure is reduced , which helps those with mild hypertension, and reduces the normal age related rise in blood pressure.

❄️ Vigorous Yoga causes endorphins known as natural feel good chemicals to be released. Endorphins are natural chemicals released by the brain that helps to relieve pain and produces a pleasurable effect, giving us a mental and physical boost, caused by intense exertion, and provide heightened feeling of well being.

❄️ Yoga strengthens and balances the nervous system and works directly on the glandular system of the brain, which is body's control center, through breath, postures, and Pranayama.

❄️ Pituitary the master gland and Pineal gland which are considered the'higher' glands of glandular system play vital role in mind body connection can be stimulated by active forms of Yoga.


❄️ According to Yogic techniques, one of the major functions of the Pineal gland is to vibrate and control the muscle projection of every cell in the body.


❄️ The Hypothalamus, is the main inter mediator between the endocrine and central nervous system, which controls the pitutary, and the pineal glands can be stimulated by deep breathing and active forms of yoga.

❄️The flow of internal energy is boosted through Yoga, which stimulates pressure points and meridians in much the same way acupressure does. Meridians are pathways through which the life force flows. Acupressure points are the places where the energy can be tapped.

❄️ Ensure regular practice of Yoga which enhances the vitality and keeps your spirits young. At any time and at any phase and at any age in your life , yoga breathing is relaxing, enjoyable and meditative.
