Peaceful mind relaxation from Meditation


🐦Relaxation, de-stressing and cleaning of the mind of negativity are just as important as physical exercises such as Yoga and diet of sathvik aahar. Body and mind are fully integrated, and stress, anger, fear and negative thoughts can be damaging the system, reducing its ability to eliminate toxins.


🐦 Stress can wear you down making you more susceptible to infections and disease as well as affecting your health, prolonged stress will make you tired, depressed, irritable and affect your concentration.

🐦Stress is unavoidable in the busy lives we lead. Busyness has crowded out spaciousness . Spaciousness is the opposite of stress and a key factor in relieving it. Where stress makes you feel contracted and tight, spaciousness is loose and expansive.


🐦Stress is not harmful, but our inability to deal with our bodies' response to it can be. If you can learn to cope with the changes that life presents you, or change your response, you can handle life's stress.


🐦A maxim says "You can go outside to get what you want or you can go inside and let it come to you." "Going inside" is meditation the energy efficient solution to high quality living. Yoga wakens you to yourself, and meditation settles you into yourself. It shifts us from negativity into abundance and prosperity. Gratitude reduces fear, helps us smile during the hard times and builds our relationships, as it eliminates resentment and reduces recrimination.

🐦Meditation may mean is entering"sacred emptiness" and it is is a deep relaxation technique . Practice of meditation teaches you how to cope with changes that life presents you with and helps you respond by enabling you to handle day to day stress.Though there is sadness and suffering in the world , it's not disloyal to embrace the happiness we have.


🐦Meditation is a beautiful life enhancing relaxation. With practice you will become more efficient at relaxation and to create more room of spaciousness in your mind.


🐦 According to the Yoga sutras, meditation is the process of stilling the thought waves of the mind by usually focus on the breath, a mantra. You may also have internal common point of focus on third eye. By concentrating your energies internally, you recharge your spiritual, mental,and physical batteries.

šŸ’ Yoga is a law of nature that can be expressed by "as you reap, so shall you sow" . It also refers to right action and selfless service.
